These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LiveTables’ website, application, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using LiveTables (“LiveTables”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of Services

LiveTables provides a document-to-table extraction platform that allows users to:

  • Upload documents
  • Define table schemas and extraction prompts
  • Extract structured data using automated systems, including AI
  • Edit, export, and continuously update live tables
  • Connect third-party integrations (such as Google/Gmail, if enabled)

The Services may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have legal rights to use
  • Process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Services
  • Interfere with security, rate limits, or system integrity
  • Use the Services to build or train competing products
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content and Customer Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate using LiveTables.

You grant LiveTables a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Services.

4.2 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality and accuracy of your content
  • Obtaining necessary consents and permissions
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. AI, Automation, and Accuracy Disclaimer

  • LiveTables uses automated and AI-based systems to extract data.
  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
  • LiveTables does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability of extracted data.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

LiveTables is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional, legal, or regulatory advice.

6. Google / Gmail Integrations

If you choose to connect your Google account:

  • Access is granted via OAuth and limited to approved scopes
  • Gmail data is accessed only to provide features you explicitly enable
  • LiveTables does not use Gmail data for advertising or model training
  • You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

Use of Google integrations is subject to Google’s terms and policies.

7. Fees, Billing, and Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription or usage-based fees.
  • Prices, quotas, and limits are described on our pricing pages or dashboards.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

  • LiveTables owns all rights to the Services, software, branding, and documentation.
  • These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in LiveTables’ intellectual property.
  • You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. LiveTables is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For unlawful or harmful use
  • For non-payment of fees
  • To comply with legal obligations

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveTables disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LiveTables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveTables from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your content
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
