LiveTables (“LiveTables”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a document-to-table extraction and data structuring platform that enables users to upload files, define table schemas, and extract structured data into live, continuously updated tables.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, application, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Metadata: file names, upload times, processing status, and error logs

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authority to upload and process any content using LiveTables.

1.3 Google / Gmail Account Access (Optional Integration)

If you choose to connect your Google account, we may access limited Google data only with your explicit consent via OAuth.

Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include:

  • Basic Google account information: email address and profile identifier
  • Gmail metadata and/or content: such as message headers, message bodies, attachments, and timestamps, solely for features you explicitly enable (e.g., importing attachments into LiveTables)

Important:

  • We access Gmail data only to provide the functionality you request
  • We do not read, send, or modify emails unless explicitly authorized
  • Gmail data is not used for advertising
  • Gmail data is not sold or shared with third parties

LiveTables’ use of Google user data is limited to the purposes described here and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

1.4 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Services:

  • Usage data: feature usage, actions taken, page views, extraction events
  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Logs and diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics
  • Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication, session management, preferences, and analytics

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain LiveTables
  • Process document uploads and data extraction
  • Deliver integrations (including Gmail, if enabled)

3. AI, Automation, and Data Processing

LiveTables uses automated systems, including AI and machine learning models, to extract structured data from documents.

  • Your content is processed only to deliver requested features
  • We do not use private customer content to train public or shared AI models
  • Any future opt-in program for model improvement will be clearly disclosed and optional
  • Human review is limited to debugging, support, or compliance scenarios, and only where necessary

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information:

  • With service providers (cloud hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processors) strictly to operate the Services

We do not sell personal data.

You may delete uploaded content or request account deletion. Residual data may remain in backups for a limited period.
